Job summary

Quality Talent Group is representing a premier client in the building automation and industrial technology sector seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager. The role drives maintenance operations across regions, develops strategies, and leads a team of professionals to improve KPIs and CAPEX governance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) with 15+ years in cement or similar industrial facilities and at least 8 years in maintenance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
15+ years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility.
Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment).
Experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred).
International working experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Overseeing the maintenance operations across multiple regions
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
Leading a team of maintenance professionals
Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs
Managing the approval process for CAPEX initiatives
