Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Regional Training & Safety Manager to lead CDL driver training, safety programs, and workforce development across multiple locations. This leadership role focuses on DOT compliance, OSHA safety standards, and operational excellence, with travel regionally.

You will drive driver onboarding, safety audits, risk reduction, and training effectiveness, mentoring plant teams and coordinating with HR and operations to develop talent and maintain a safety‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in CDL training, safety management, fleet safety, or transportation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
• Background in trucking, construction, logistics, or ready-mix concrete operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CDL driver training programs, onboarding, and orientation for Ready Mix Drivers and Operators.
• Coaching and mentoring drivers to improve performance, retention, and career growth; support plant-level trainers.
• Lead regional safety programs in DOT/OSHA compliance, conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
