Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a responsible Transportation Driver to move hazardous and non-hazardous materials from customer sites to designated facilities. You will verify packaging, review manifests, and maintain DOT/EPA compliance, ensuring accurate shipping paperwork.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, coordinating with customers, loading/unloading, and maintaining licenses and training such as CDL Class A and Hazmat endorsements. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DOT regulations for hazardous and non-hazardous material transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle/trailer inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Review shipment records, manifests, and container labeling before transport.
• Ensure DOT requirements, permits, and insurance are current and valid.
• Coordinate with customers on load conditions and paperwork accuracy.
• Assist with loading/unloading at designated sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
