Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A Regional Driver Trainee to begin with paid road training and progress into a dry van role across the Southwest and West. Trainees will operate Freightliner tractors on regional lanes and earn a weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,500 after training.

During the trainee period, Arizona pay is $850/week with orientation pay at hire. Home time is every two weeks, with some 34-hour resets; routes include day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome.
• Solid employment history with no major unemployment gaps.
• Able to pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes across AZ, NV, UT, NM and CA.
• Engage in day/night driving, weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Follow safety and company policies on all assignments.
