Compensation & Financial Benefits

• Base CPM: $0.70 - $0.75 per mile (based on experience)
• Weekly Earnings: $1,600 - $1,700 average
• Annual Projection: $71,000 - $85,000 per year
• Weekly Miles: 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week
• Pay Structure: Direct deposit every week

Route & Freight Overview

• Freight Type: 100% Dry Van | 100% No-Touch Freight
• Operations: Drop & hook on most shipments; mix of regional and longer runs
• Planning: Pre-scheduled freight to ensure consistent miles and minimal downtime between loads
• Hometime: Home weekly for 34 to 48 hours on a reliable, pre-planned rotation

Equipment & Comfort

• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• APUs installed in all units for driver comfort
• Strictly maintained fleet to eliminate breakdown downtime
• Passenger and pet policies available

Trainee Program (For New Drivers)

• Duration: 3-5 weeks with a dedicated trainer
• Training Pay: $850 per week
• Curriculum: Hands-on experience with active loads, focusing on safety, logs, and trip execution before transitioning to full solo pay
