NIS EXPRESS is seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a high-consistency dry van position designed for reliable income with pre-scheduled freight and minimal downtime. Trainees and recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply.

The compensation includes base CPM of $0.70–$0.75 per mile, weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,700, and an annual projection of $71,000–$85,000 with weekly home time of 34 to 48 hours on a pre-planned rotation. Equipment includes late-model tractors with APUs and no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL (Trainees accepted).
• Clean driving record (maximum 2 preventable incidents).
• No DOT drug/alcohol violations; no commercial DUIs within the past 5 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% dry van with no-touch freight.

Route & Freight Overview

• Freight Type: 100% Dry Van | 100% No-Touch Freight
• Operations: Drop & hook on most shipments; mix of regional and longer runs
• Planning: Pre-scheduled freight to ensure consistent miles and minimal downtime between loads
• Hometime: Home weekly for 34 to 48 hours on a reliable, pre-planned rotation

Trainee Program (For New Drivers)
