Job summary

Airgas, Inc. is seeking a Regional Driver Trainer for the New Mexico/El Paso area. The role involves training new drivers, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining regulatory compliance to foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Hazmat, Tanker & Airbrakes Endorsements required.
• Valid Medical Examiner's Card.
• One year of Class A/B driving in last 5 years with a clean record or two at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers, supporting onboarding and a multi-week program.
• Address bad habits identified by LYTX camera system with drivers.
• Assist with vehicle accident investigations.
• Participate in safety assist visits to locations with ride-alongs and driver evaluations.
