Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A Regional Driver Trainee for a paid training program. Trainees start with behind-the-wheel instruction, then transition to a regional dry van operation across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.

Expect 3–5 weeks of paid training, 200–250 hours behind-the-wheel, plus opportunities for performance bonuses and weekly pay after training. Primary equipment includes Freightliner tractors with automatic and 10-speed transmissions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 120 hours of accredited truck driving school training.
• Willing to undergo DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Able to work day or night shifts and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid behind-the-wheel training with an experienced driver.
• Transition into regional dry van operations across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required logs during training and after promotion.
