Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Ohio is seeking an entry-level CDL-A truck driver for paid training and regional runs. You will gain real road experience in a Midwest dry van operation with paid training before moving into a solo driving position.

Typical schedule starts Monday, with weekend home time; earn weekly pay during training and after, with benefits after 30 days. Orientation is provided and drivers operate mainly Freightliner tractors on regional routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school.
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience welcome.
• Solid employment history with few unemployment gaps.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional freight routes with weekend home time.
• Perform live loads/unloads and operate preloaded trailers.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT rules.
• Support training period with experienced driver.
