Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-school graduates for W-2 regional dry van positions. You will train with support, move into an assigned late-model tractor, and run consistent regional miles on mostly no-touch freight.

During training you will earn $850 per week. After training, expected pay is $1,600–$1,800 per week with direct deposit every Friday, plus additional safety and performance bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; ELDT completion through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van with weekly home time.
• Train with support and move into assigned late-model tractor.
• Perform no-touch regional loads and drop/hook where possible.
