Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level regional CDL drivers in New Jersey after a paid training period. You will earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training and go home every week on a regular schedule.

Training lasts 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week. Benefits start on day one, including medical, dental and vision, PTO and holidays, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, pet and rider policies, and a 401(k) with company match once eligible. This is a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, with ELDT completed through FMCSA-registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a DOT physical and DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Enrollment in Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (federal requirement).
• Recent grads and new CDL-A holders welcome.

Responsibilities

• Regional routes with a consistent miles pattern and weekly home time.
• Operate assigned 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
• No-touch dry van freight with a high share of drop-and-hook loads.
