Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level regional CDL-A drivers. You will operate regional dry van routes with a mix of drop-and-hook loads and no-touch freight, returning home weekly.

New grads entering the program receive paid training (3–5 weeks at $850/week) and then earn $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits start on day one, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, with ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction, required for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record
• Pass a DOT physical
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements)
• Recent grads and new CDL-A holders are welcome at 365 Freight USA.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with consistent miles.
• Haul no-touch freight and a high share of drop-and-hook loads.
• Work with a 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor and be supported during settling-in.
