Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level regional CDL-A drivers. You will run mostly no-touch dry van freight with a high share of drop-and-hook loads, returning home every week on a regular schedule.

New CDL graduates go through a paid training program of 3–5 weeks at $850 per week, then earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training. Medical, dental and vision coverage start on day one, plus PTO/holidays, life and AD&D insurance, pet and rider policies, and a 401(k) with company match once eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction required for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements).
