Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. You’ll run no-touch freight with weekly home time and consistent miles, earning $1,600–$1,800 per week after training. Training lasts 3–5 weeks at $850 per week, with orientation paid.

Benefits start on day one: medical, dental and vision, PTO, holidays, life and AD&D insurance, pet and rider policies, and a 401(k) with company match once eligible. This is a W-2 position with direct deposit pays every Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA registered provider.
• At least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Pass a DOT physical and DOT pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Haul mostly no-touch dry van freight with a high share of drop-and-hook loads.
• Operate regional routes with weekly home time.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
