365 Freight USA offers a paid path for recent CDL-A school graduates into a full-time regional driving career. After completing at least 120 hours of instruction, new drivers receive paid training before transitioning to regional routes with dry van freight and brand-new trucks.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum of 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school.
• No prior professional driving experience required.
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van regional routes with assigned equipment.
• Perform drop-and-hook loads when applicable.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
