Job summary

Akumin Inc. is seeking dependable CDL Class A truck drivers to operate mobile medical imaging trailer units on a Northeast regional route. You will transport MRI/CT equipment, set up/tear down at client sites, and work 8–12 hour shifts, often nights, with 1–2 weeks away from home.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($27–$37) plus benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO and training. Prior DOT experience and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and clean DOT record required.
• Ability to set up medical equipment at delivery sites (training provided).
• Comfortable driving and parking large tractor trailers.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailers for mobile medical imaging equipment.
• Move trailers to client locations and set up/tear down equipment.
• Cover 8–12 hour shifts, some nights/weekends, 1–2 weeks away from home.
• Follow DOT and safety regulations and complete QA when needed.
