Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dry van freight. Minimum 6 months experience required, 100% no-touch freight, and newer equipment. Home weekly for reset with some live load/unload.

Earn weekly pay between $1,100 and $1,400 plus mileage, detention, and breakdown pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and up to $2,000 401(k) match.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
• Insurance: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34-48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
