Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking truck drivers for dry van freight across the continental US. This role offers a strong pay package, weekly pay, and predictable home time with resets each week.

You must have a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, plus DOT safety/screening compliance. Enjoy detention and breakdown pay, and a retirement plan with up to a 401(k) match, plus full health insurance coverage.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
• Insurance: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34–48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is fully complete.
