Shelter Insurance in Lexington, KY is seeking a Regional Catastrophe Claims Manager to lead regional catastrophe claims operations, monitor loss severity, and drive best‑practice strategies. You will direct daily operations, oversee staff, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure prompt, fair service.
The role requires five years of claims experience with leadership ability; a CPCU/AIC/AIM designation or progress toward one is preferred. Travel up to 30% may be required.
