Job summary

Shelter Insurance, based in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking a Regional Sales Assistant to support the regional leadership, agents and agency staff. The role focuses on preparing reports, maintaining records and ensuring smooth workflows within the district and regional office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities and good computer skills. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform essential functions

Regional Sales Assistant $19.28 minimum starting pay

Job Level: Individual Contributor

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. What You Will Be Doing:

Perform various functions for the Regional Sales Leader, Sales District Leader, agents and agency staff, within their region to maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow. Responsible for preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining files and records and acting as a liaison between district personnel and the regional office.
