Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of exceptional customer service experience (4 years preferred).
• 3 years of program coordination and deployment (4 years preferred).
• 3 years of experience in Higher Education, Career Services, Employer Services, and Relationship Management (4 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job fairs, employer spotlights, networking events, classroom visits and campus tours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to provide internship, co-op and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Career Development Advisors on local placement goals and strategies.
• Bridge connections between student learning and employer needs and expectations.
• Serve as a spokesperson for local employer relations initiatives with other stakeholders.
