Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Cardiovascular Lead Manager to oversee field-based cardiovascular sales Western/Central U.S. You will manage a team of RCLs, develop engagement strategies with clinicians and scientists, and coordinate with marketing and training to implement field initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate scientific concepts into actionable customer programs while ensuring compliance and performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 6–8 years sales experience including leading teams.
  • Equivalent leadership experience in healthcare/science (pharma/biotech/medical devices) or professional marketing.
  • Strong presentation/communication of complex scientific/public health concepts.
  • Strong collaboration/prioritization; technologically proficient (MS Office, iPad).
  • Valid driver’s license; travel/overnights required.
  • MBA or PharmD; 5+ years Cardiovascular market and product experience; 3+ years scientific/clinical leader engagement.

  • Identify and create business opportunities.
  • Provide field/customer inputs to HQ brand strategies; influence national strategies on cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and adjust strategic plans aligned to performance objectives; ensure compliance with business practices and regulatory requirements.
