Car Spa, Inc. is hiring a Market Manager to oversee the performance of multiple locations, including car wash, C-store, and oil center. You will drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and staff development across sites in Georgia.

You will lead budgeting, scheduling, and safety to maximize profitability, while maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail car wash or automotive service environments.
• Comfortable in high-volume retail with 50-100 transactions per hour.
• Budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and ensure satisfaction across locations.
• Lead and develop multi-location teams including car wash, C-store, and oil center staff.
• Manage store operations, safety, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.
• Review timecards, payroll accuracy, and labor optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
