Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes. You will work with site general managers and regional teams to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service and safety meet standards, while managing costs for a consistent customer experience.

The role requires driving customer service excellence, leading high-performing teams, and developing talent for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes within the district.
• Collaborate with site general managers, regional and centralized support teams.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop site GMs; assess performance and drive results.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service and safety meet standards.
• Manage costs while delivering a convenient, consistent car wash experience.
