Job summary

Fernway is seeking a Logistics Specialist to deliver products to cannabis dispensaries across Illinois from our Rockford, IL location. The role involves loading and unloading, multi-hour state-wide driving, and maintaining vehicle condition while ensuring professional customer service.

Must be 21+, hold a valid IL driver’s license, and pass pre-screening. The job supports on-site work with opportunities to assist in warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
• 6+ months of professional driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Relocate to or reliably commute to Rockford, IL and work on-site.
• Pass pre-screening requirements.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload van with delivery orders.
• Drive across Illinois for 6–8+ hours per day.
• Deliver to cannabis dispensaries across Illinois.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Provide strong customer service during deliveries.
• Perform light maintenance on vans and routine checks.
• Assist with warehouse & inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain delivery manifest in Google Drive.
