Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Delivery Driver in Illinois to keep operations running smoothly across the state. You will deliver cannabis products from production facilities to dispensaries and wholesale partners, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.

Responsibilities include paperwork, vehicle maintenance, inventory coordination, and cross‑department support. Applicants must be 25+, have a valid license, and be comfortable driving a Sprinter van with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a full background check.
• Knowledge of state cannabis delivery regulations.
• Comfortable driving a Sprinter van or similar vehicle.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all regulations.
• Deliver on time and communicate delays to logistics and dispensaries.
• Maintain clean vehicles and document maintenance issues.
• Complete delivery paperwork, checklists, and forms.
• Coordinate with inventory to resolve product issues and ensure accuracy.
• Support other departments when routes are complete, including packaging and labeling.
