Verano is seeking a Transport Specialist for Prospect Heights, IL. The role involves delivery responsibilities, safety compliance, and collaboration with clients and vendors within a regulated cannabis framework.

Packaging support may be required during downtime, and the position requires adherence to company policies and state regulations. Ideal candidates will have delivery experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order/packaging delivery required.
• Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
• Must be able to apply for a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
• Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
• Support Packaging department in assembling products and packaging during downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
