Beacon Hill in New York City is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in a hybrid capacity. The role supports full-cycle recruitment for non-teaching positions, including School Managers and Business Operations Managers, with a strong focus on interviewing and hiring.

The recruiter will partner with hiring leaders, manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, and help meet critical hiring goals during a high-volume period.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting corporate, operations, administrative, or school-based non-instructional roles, preferred.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for non-teaching positions with emphasis on interviewing and hiring.
• Partner with hiring leaders and manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Assist with high-volume hiring and meet hiring goals during peak periods.
