Job summary

Augusta University seeks a Manager for Regional Campus Technology Operations to lead IT services across Savannah and other regional sites, coordinating device management, network operations, and end-user support. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, including supervisory or management experience.
Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily IT operations of regional campus IT support, ensuring device, network, and end-user support.
Lead planning and implementation of IT services for new facilities and renovations at distributed sites, coordinating with central IT and Facilities.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate IT staff at regional campuses to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with institutional leadership at remote sites to assess needs and implement solutions for academic, research, and clinical missions.
Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures across distributed campuses.
Serve as liaison between regional campuses and enterprise IT leadership for alignment and issue escalation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
