Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Harrington Supply Chain team and support the Regional Vice President in achieving operational consistency and excellence.
• Drive achievement of P&L and Balance Sheet targets within your assigned geographic region.
• Ensure success in service level, inventory efficiency, and transportation cost recovery.
• Lead governance of Operations, preparing, delivering, and following up on routine and ad hoc review sessions.
• Devise and implement plans to enhance the region’s financial results.
• Coordinate operational input for annual planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with organizational and safety leadership to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading operational support functions and using KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Strong working knowledge of Harrington’s operational systems, including inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics.
• Experience in Harrington sales processes and understanding the impact of operations on customer success.
• Safety-first mindset with a track record of leading safe environments in operational tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive resource utilization and efficiency among sales and operational leaders.
