Join Our Team as Business Operations Manager at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our West Central Region. In this role, you will build valuable relationships that drive business success and serve as a key connector between dealers, regional management teams, and corporate leadership. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies, developing dealer networks, and guiding new dealer appointments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate and promote innovative leadership
  2. Prospect for new dealer candidates
  3. Present dealer appointment proposals to the executive committee
  4. Assess and recommend dealer applications to management
  5. Manage dealer buy/sell/relocation actions
  6. Ensure dealer compliance and renewals of agreements
  7. Develop network strategy plans
  8. Coordinate activities related to marketing, retail, incentives, and dealer development
  9. Oversee regional administrative activities
  10. Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in dealer network development or automotive sales/marketing
  • 3+ years automotive management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, based on skills and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, lease programs, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, professional development, and more.
