AVTR Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive territory growth. You will identify target accounts, build strategic relationships, and lead opportunities from qualification to close across reliability services and training offerings.

Responsibilities include managing a structured territory plan, coordinating with internal experts, and maintaining CRM-driven forecasts. Willingness to travel regularly and work from home or office as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in business development, technical sales, reliability, maintenance, or industrial services.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with CRM and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel regionally and independently manage a territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a structured territory growth plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify target accounts and establish strategic relationships with customers.
• Generate opportunities through visits, calls, events and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and commercial reporting.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate within authority; travel as needed.
