Job summary

The Nowak Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest region with primary responsibilities in electrical testing and engineering services. The role covers WI, IL, IN, OH, KY, and MI, and the candidate should be based in Chicago, Indianapolis, or Cincinnati.

Travel about 50% is required, with a salary up to $150k DOE and a 25% bonus potential, plus a company car and comprehensive benefits. Previous sales leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience selling electrical testing and engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales support to meet area sales goals.
• Make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
• Deliver effective customer presentations; pricing is accurate and technically correct.
• Develop and grow accounts, including national accounts, and engage VP-level contacts.
• Support marketing activities and promote the company’s image in the industry.
• Mentor junior sales staff in technical and sales skills.
