Job summary

CCS Fundraising, an international strategic fundraising firm, seeks a Senior BD professional to activate the regional business development plan through targeted outreach, event execution, and relationship stewardship. You will research, organize, and advance BD activity—from prospect lists to lead nurturing—while partnering with Marketing, Executive Partnerships, and Growth Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, portfolio management, or related marketing roles.
• Experience in professional services, management consulting, or similar environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities; capable of independently structuring time and tasks to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional prospect lists and research market trends.
• Draft and distribute personalized outreach emails, letters, and communications.
• Plan and support regional events, councils, and stewardship activities.
• Track leads and BD activity; provide summaries to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth Office to align campaigns.
