The ideal candidate has 3+ years in branch leadership within financial services, strong supervisory skills, and a track record of achieving production goals while expanding membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative.
• Experience supervising or managing employees.
• Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution.
• All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment as per credit union requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all regional office operations, including audits and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Provide after-hour member support and ensure legendary service across channels.
• Promote membership expansion by networking with local fire stations and unions and attending events.
• Coordinate lending and deposit pipelines and respond to member inquiries in a timely manner.
• Forecast and schedule teams to ensure adequate member coverage daily.
