Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee all functions of the assigned location, ensuring quality member service and audit compliance.
• Direct branch focus to achieve credit union goals and coach staff to enhance member service.
• Utilize lending authority to make loan decisions and improve member participation through quality service.
• Attract new members through school, community and business functions.
• Train staff on school visitations and off-site presentations.
• Create an environment for world-class member experiences at every branch interaction.
• Provide consultative services to members regarding products and services and assess needs.
• Maintain loan decision authority and assist with escalated lending situations.
• Direct branch marketing efforts and evaluate department projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and ensure compliance with regulations.
