Job summary

MGM Healthcare seeks a Regional Business Office Manager to lead BOMs across our SNFs in Missouri and Oklahoma. You will drive Medicaid billing, monitor cash collections, and ensure policy adherence while coordinating hiring and professional development for BOMs.

The role requires 2+ years as a SNF BOM and 3+ years Medicaid experience, with PCC experience preferred. Travel between centers within MO/OK is expected in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or relevant work experience.
• SNF Business Office Manager with 2+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of Medicaid experience including the application process.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training and development of BOMs.
• Incorporate policies and procedures to guide BOMs.
• Ensure timely billing and collections for Medicaid, Private Pay, and Hospice.
• Deliver 98% cash collections on Medicaid and related accounts.
• Oversee accounts receivable reviews and month-end close activities.
