Job summary

Saint James Iced Tea is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead local and regional sales efforts, maximizing distribution and brand awareness across high-impact accounts. You will manage distributor relationships, train sales teams, and drive retailer programs to accelerate growth in assigned markets.

Responsibilities include executing store-level promotions, safeguarding inventory levels, and participating in market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success selling into large and small format accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage local/regional sales environment to maximize sales and brand awareness.
• Execute daily sales and merchandising calls on high impact accounts (grocery, mass, convenience).
• Build and maintain partnerships with retailers and distributor sales teams.
• Educate distributor sales teams through regular trainings and meetings.
• Develop and execute local retailer and distributor programs and incentives.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions at store level and planogram compliance.
• Participate in local/regional drives or sales blitzes to meet market development goals.
• Ensure inventory levels at distributor and retailer levels.
• Monitor regional market and competitive activity to maintain a competitive outlook.
• Act as brand ambassador at activations and events.
