Job summary

Saint James Iced Tea is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. You will own market performance, build retailer and distributor relationships, and translate strategy into field execution with significant in-market travel.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in beverage or CPG sales, experience with DSD distributors, and strong Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in beverage or CPG.
Experience opening new accounts and managing large and small retailers.
Experience with DSD distributors and driving distributor volume and performance.
Leadership or people management experience for territories with direct reports preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance and execution across markets, driving growth against goals.
Develop and execute market-level plans to grow distribution, velocity, and brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributor partners, and sales teams.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Area Sales Managers where applicable.
Conduct regular market work-withs to drive performance and strengthen execution.
Support ASM routing and market deployment to maximize coverage and opportunities.
Drive new account openings and expand distribution within existing accounts.
Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to improve results.
