Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals by implementing plan objectives and company initiatives.
• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Educate and train staff to execute company goals.
• Interact with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Know decision makers in each account and manage reports for the sales team.
• Travel and ride-alongs with accounts; complete required reporting and trackers.
• Develop promotions and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio.
• Grow net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year.
