Job summary

State of Connecticut's Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (PCN 117339) for the Regional Services branch in Middletown. This role leads clinical services, supports DMHAS‑contracted providers, and ensures quality care across the region.

Travel within the region is required for monitoring visits and community events. Applicants should have four years of professional behavioral health experience and a Master's degree in a clinical

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience in behavioral health care and a related Master's degree.
• Two years of supervising professional staff.
• Licensing as required by state regulations for clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the staff and operations of a clinical program, discipline or specialized area.
• Coordinates, plans and manages program activities.
• Develops program goals and objectives; assists in policy development.
• Interprets and administers applicable laws and monitors compliance with standards.
• Represent the department at community events and with providers and stakeholders.
