Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) seeks a Clinical Supervisor/Area Manager to lead staff across our Vermont region, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to clients and adherence to agency policies.

You will report to the Division Director, drive planning and implementation of direct services, and foster a collaborative, compassionate work environment while supporting staff development and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 5–7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness and developmental disabilities.
• Proven leadership skills with at least two years’ managerial experience.
• Strong clinical and practice management.
• License and certifications may be required depending on position.
• Through knowledge of agency policies and state and federal laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in the planning and implementation of direct services to clients.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care throughout the region.
• Report to Division Director or Assistant Director and collaborate with the clinical team.
