Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a recognized mental health profession.
• Licensed or license‑eligible in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, CAC III, or PhD).
• Minimum of five (5) years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care and collaborate to design and implement individual care plans.
• Develop center policy and programming while ensuring actions reflect Axis Health System values.
