Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions in Colorado is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor licensed in the state to lead SNF behavioral health services. You will supervise clinicians, deliver direct therapy, and coordinate workflows while maintaining compliance and promoting high-quality care.

You will balance a clinical caseload with program oversight, partnering with facility leaders and regulatory partners to advance statewide standards and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado licensure as an LCSW or licensed psychologist.
• Ability to supervise other clinicians in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Hybrid work schedule with regular facility presence across Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversee service delivery, and ensure quality across partners.
• Supervise licensed and associate therapists; guide treatment planning and documentation.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of new clinicians.
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals in Colorado facilities.
• Collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer on statewide standards and initiatives.
