Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to head regional Business Development across the Commercial market. You will own the pipeline strategy, coach BDRs, and partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth in a cloud-based SaaS environment.

You will lead a distributed team, drive prospecting with data-enabled tools, and shape GTM strategies to expand market reach while ensuring forecast accuracy and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud-based environments within Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading BDR or SDR teams, with direct people management responsibility.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and contributing to revenue growth through team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BDRs across the Commercial market segment.
• Own end-to-end pipeline generation strategy aligned to regional revenue targets.
• Drive improvements in conversion rates and pipeline quality across the full funnel.
