Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the AEC industry
• Effective communication skills in relationship building
• Strong research skills for lead generation
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe CS
• Professional certification: FSMPS, CPSM, Professional Business Developer, MBA, or similar

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful operations of the Michigan region through strategic advising and partnership with firm leaders.
• Lead client development, lead generation, and Marketing/BD team integration.
• Support growth of Practice Areas and project managers through coaching and collaboration.
