Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development, Eating Disorder, to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service across facilities, driving alignment and performance within an established operating model and KPI framework.

This hybrid role requires up to 50% travel, strategic planning, and partnership with Divisional VP leadership to expand utilization of the continuum of care and strengthen the organization’s brand nationwide; a Bachelor’s degree is required and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotions.
• Sophisticated understanding of factors affecting sales and how to incorporate them into strategic plans.
• Understanding of psychiatric and eating disorder treatment, and age-specific programming.
• Knowledge of insurance plans, target markets and referral sources.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Frequent travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service in the Business Development Department to drive alignment and performance with KPIs and a unified operating model.
• Support utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through marketing principles and methods.
• Engage in strategic discussions on regional and national issues, growth opportunities, and program changes.
• Lead oversight of strategic business development and marketing plans and maintain relationships with facilities and leadership.
• Adhere to hybrid schedule with travel and home-office work; up to 50% travel.
