Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development for Eating Disorder services in the U.S. This role oversees Sales, Marketing and Customer Service within the Business Development Department to drive KPI-aligned performance across programs.

The position requires frequent travel (up to 50%), a hybrid work schedule, and collaboration with Divisional VP leadership to drive growth and brand enhancement in eating disorder facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotions.
• Understanding of factors affecting sales results and ability to translate into plans.
• Knowledge of insurance plans and referral sources.
• Understanding of psychiatric and eating disorder treatment and age-specific programming.
• This position requires frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, marketing and customer service activities within the Business Development Department.
• Drive alignment, accountability and performance with KPIs and market-focused deployment.
• Develop and manage regional and national strategies for growth in eating disorder services.
• Maintain relationships with facilities and leadership to ensure program success and brand integrity.
