Universal Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Business Development, Eating Disorder, to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service across facilities, driving alignment, accountability, and performance through a unified operating model with clear KPIs.

The role includes developing strategic business plans, pursuing growth opportunities, and managing branding and market access while maintaining strong relationships with program leadership. Travel up to 50% with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing principles including product, placement, pricing and promotions.
• Sophisticated understanding of factors affecting sales results and how to incorporate them into strategic plans.
• Understanding of psychiatric and eating disorder treatment and age-specific programming.
• Knowledge of insurance plans, target markets and referral sources.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service within the Business Development Department for Eating Disorder facilities.
• Drive alignment, accountability, and performance through an established unified operating model with clear KPIs and market-focused deployment.
• Travel up to 50% and support programs nationwide; hybrid schedule with home-office work.
