Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a full-time, on-site BCBA Clinical Manager to lead clinical services and support high-quality ABA delivery within an assigned region. The role provides clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to staff, families, and the QA team, ensuring treatment integrity and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising ABA staff and clinical teams.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision to an assigned clinical team.
• Oversee programming, treatment plans, and BIPs to ensure data-driven implementation.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses as clinically appropriate.
• Review client progress and update plans based on data and needs.
• Provide caregiver training and support for consistent plan implementation.
• Participate in hiring, clinical meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct home, clinic, and community visits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and HIPAA.
